Merry COOHristmas!

Christmas tree adorned with chemical symbols

I'm not sure whether this chemical could ever exist in real life, but I reckon that if it did, it could be explosive (due to the sulphur and fluorine making it rather unstable), very hydrophilic (with the carboxyl and alcohol groups forming polar bonds with water molecules, the alcohol group moreso) and it could even form a zwitterion (the acidic carboxyl and basic amine donating and recieving proteins between them). It wouldn't be an amino acid, however.

Nevermind, it's Christmas. Enjoy your gifts, even if they don't contain Au, C30H48O3, or C10H12O.
