I've realised this format isn't that good an idea. It sort of feels intrusive to just talk about everyone's comments in a post like this. So I probably won't do this anymore unless people tell me otherwise, because idk, this isn't probably the way to do this.
Either way, here are some responses to your comments, especially those which aren't merely "I love your blog!" - I genuinely appreciate those posts, they make my day. But I also don't want this blog to become a narcissistic egotrip.
Lord's
Regarding my post on Kennington and Vauxhall a few months back, specifically the section about the Oval, I received a comment about Lord's Cricket Ground. Specifically, that it was the closest thing to a "holy ground" when it comes to English cricket. (By the way, I'm sorry if I'm bringing about any social anxiety through publically mentioning your guys's comments.)
I'll be honest, my first reaction to this was "oh yeah...I've heard of a place called Lord's", because truth be told my knowledge of cricket is very limited. I always thought the Oval was where it's at, but clearly I'm ever so slightly wrong in that.
Well, a few days ago I went on a walk which I might blog about soon, but part of the trip involved a ride to St John's Wood, which is a suburb in north London. And without realising it, I ended up near Lord's. And it's funny because in hindsight, I really didn't expect to visit it just yet.

Truth be told, the stadium's nice. There seems to be some refurbishment going around the ground right now, and all the gates were closed so I couldn't come up close. But I can see why people think it's the home of English cricket. It's even older than the Oval, dating back to 1787 (in a different place, but more on that in the future...maybe).
Hell, even Lord's themselves call the place the home of cricket. Talk about congratulating yourself.
The answer to the boring question
In a post a while ago, I asked you guys to guess which stadium I'd visit next. Only one person did - thanks, TW! It ended up being St Mary's in Southampton, which I blogged about a few days ago, but well done for at least trying.
Regarding the guesses, I wouldn't mind going to see Reading play, the stadium looks nice and I've secretly wanted to blog about the town for a while now. Luton, on the other hand...less so.
Maybe I'm being exceptionally harsh on Luton because I've never heard anything good about the place aside from the airport. And I've been to the airport, it's not even that good. Having been to Watford and St Albans - two relatively near towns to Luton which aren't that bad - maybe it is time for Luton.
I suppose if I want to complete the 92, I'll have to make a trip down to Kenilworth Road, unless the club implodes. But looking at how Luton are doing this season, that's the least of my concerns.
Thanks for the Christmas message
"Unknown" said "Merry (belated) Christmas!". Thanks! Even if you didn't give your name, I feel like I can tell who wrote the comment based on how it's written, but I also don't want to bet on that.
Ozone clarification
And if anyone's bothered, I updated the ozone blogpost to have an accurate molecule drawing; I have no clue how it escaped my radar. The thing is, I did get teachers to read my blogposts when I published them, just to check they were accuirate, but I suppose subtle erros like that can go unnoticed.
Which leads me to repeat my stance on errors once again - if you see an error, please comment! I hate it when it turns out I've been misleading people for ages, that's why I ended up writing this post instead of revising for my uni exams. In fact, I'd love having an editor or proofreader, or just any help from anyone, than just staying in the dark.
Conclusion
I'll stop badgering on about how many comments I don't get from now on, and I'll also make sure to reply to as many as possible as soon as possible. In hindsight, these types of post were a bad idea for so many different reasons, and I'm willing to put it right.
Thanks for the comments either way!
If I had social anxiety I wouldn't be commenting :P
